Lyla is an Associate at Transition Equity Partners, focused on executing buyout and growth equity investments across TEP's core sectors. Prior to joining TEP, Lyla was an Investment Banking Analyst within Barclays' Energy Transition Group, where she executed M&A transactions, capital raises, and other financings across the climate technology, distributed power generation, and midstream sectors.
Lyla earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from the Batten School at the University of Virginia, with a minor in Global Sustainability.
