Kelsey is an Associate at Transition Equity Partners, focused on executing buyout and growth equity investments across TEP’s core sectors. Prior to joining TEP in 2026, Kelsey was an Investment Banking Analyst within Raymond James's Energy Group, working on M&A transactions and equity raises across the Sustainability & Renewable Energy, Energy Infrastructure, Exploration & Production, and Oilfield Services sectors.
Kelsey earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in Business Foundations, from the University of Texas at Austin.
