Elizabeth Miziolek

Elizabeth is a Vice President at Transition Equity Partners, where she is responsible for executing buyout and growth equity investments across the firm’s core sectors. Prior to joining TEP in 2025, Elizabeth was a Senior Associate on the Flagship Investment Team at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, where she worked on M&A transactions and asset management across a range of renewable energy technologies. Earlier in her career, she held Associate roles in both Investment Banking and Corporate Banking at Scotiabank, delivering capital solutions to clients in the renewable energy and utility sectors.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honors Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
