Western LNG
Western LNG is the developer of the Ksi Lisims LNG facility in British Columbia on the Nisga’a Nation’s treaty land. They are working alongside their partners in the project, the Nisga’a Nation and Rockies LNG, to deliver a world-class LNG facility that supports affordable, reliable and lower carbon energy on a global basis while being a steward of the project’s local environment. The facility is a 12 mtpa floating LNG facility, supplied by the Prince Rupert Gas Transmission line, and Canada’s vast, low-cost natural gas reserves. In addition to low-cost gas, the facility offers close proximity to Asia, some of the lowest carbon LNG in the industry, and is led by an experienced management team. The project is essential in enabling Asia’s continued decarbonization and transition from coal, while delivering significant economic benefits for Canada, and the Nisga’a Nation.
